Where do you ship?

We ship via UPS across the United States and to Puerto Rico. Shipping is $4.99, and free on orders of $50 or more. A tracking number is included.

How long will my order take?

Personalized products take up to 2 days to make. Delivery takes another 3–5 days after the piece is ready.

Can I pick up my order?

Local pickup is available in Katy, TX 77449. Contact us to arrange the location and time.

Can I return a personalized piece?

Personalized designs are not eligible for returns. Double-check the spelling and your selections before ordering. No separate design proof is sent before production.

A freestanding decorative initial with a personalized name across the front. Choose the letter and the name, and add up to 3 different accessories included in the price: stars, clouds, hot-air balloon, bow, teddy bear, branches, flowers, butterflies or the birth details with date, time and weight.

The piece measures 25 × 25 cm and is printed in PLA. Enter one initial and a name of up to 15 characters, then choose the color of each part and each accessory. The photos show accessory examples.
